My mission is to encourage others, build a tribe, and help one another grow in confidence, so that we can boldly step into the life God has custom-made just for us! ATC #28: Thin Skin It sounds easy when we say it to people…”just get some thicker skin”, but what if you’re not made with thick skin? What if you have thin skin…like me. I can’t ever have thick enough skin to keep myself from harm. I can’t fight the darkness and the schemes of the enemy on my own. But, with the armor of God, I will be prepared for any battle. Skin can be broken, but God’s armor is indefensible. So the next time someone tells you to just get over something, or don’t let it bother you, or grow some thicker skin. Remember that you don’t have to change who you are, you just have to be ready to fight evil with the armor of God because the victory is already His.
