My Healing Journey: An Open Heart

I have been focusing on my healing journey for over 15 years. I have experienced abuse from mental, emotional, physical, psychological, spiritual, and sexual. I have experienced trauma through out my life starting with Intergenerational trauma through colonization and cultural genocide. I will be telling my story from my perspective and my point of view. I will be talking about my trauma and sharing my spiritual and healing practices. I believe that we all have a story to share and we all have a voice. I am speaking my truth and taking back my power.
