Back when I was 15, earning 6 figures was significantly different to what it is now. We are seeing the need to either increase your salary income, or create multiple streams of income to afford a comfortable living. 

As a HR and executive leadership coach, I’m hearing first hand from my clients about the HR initiatives they intend to roll out in their organizations as they start 2024. 

Your mindset can make or break you. Your perspective of yourself and the world around you affects every aspect of your life.
