Jon Shaivitz – Roses on the Vine Jon Shaivitz is an LA-based feature film writer/director originally from Baltimore, Maryland. Jon learned the fundamentals of screenwriting and filmmaking from his early days interning and working as a Set PA on TV shows for HGTV, National Geographic and industrial video content for Rock Creek Productions of Washington DC where he also got first hand experience shooting, editing, directing and producing for the US Air Force, among other Federal Government clients.
