Do you Bridgerbuddies have some extra traveling this Thanksgiving season? Some extra time in the car, on a plane, or just drowning out your relatives? Well, we've got a sort of on theme bonus podcast for you, bringing it over from the Patreon to the main feed. (Plot summary starts at 9:04 time stamp) We hop back into the Regency Era for the 2005 Jane Austen adaptation of “Pride and Prejudice” starring Keira Knightley. Elizabeth Bennett has to solve a few mysteries before she catches feelings for Mr. Darcy, but our “plain” heroine does just that, while also trying to play wingwoman for her sister Jane. We’ve got a potato-eating pervert, Mr. Bing Bong, drunk children, a dink with a ponytail, and a nice dad along for this classic ride, and we hope you enjoy it as much as we did.
