We go in reverse order, so we start with numbers 4 & 5 and we also touch on a special mention that didn’t make the list. We all have different reasons for relocating so we’ll go through the differences from state-to-state. Some locations are similar to California and most of the top 5 spots are on the west coast which could make it easier to make the move. The list of the 5 most popular states Californians are moving to comes from the latest US census bureau's annual community survey and it uses 2019 stats. My name is Shell Pavlis and I have been assisting home buyers and sellers find their perfect home since 2001. In the first episode of Bye Bye O.C. I want to give you an idea of who I am, what to expect from future episodes and what Bye Bye O.C. is all about. I also give you some actionable tips that you can start working on today to start your California Exodus plan.
