Colton is an actor, both professionally and not. He tells about some of his backstory, his philosophy of acting, his thoughts on directing, and what he sees as the main differences between paid and unpaid theatre.

Beth Clements-Mosley is the artistic director of the Star Bar Players as well as an actor and director. With her characteristic insight and irreverence, we talk about changes in theatre in the last few decades, attention spans, acting training, and enjoying the impermanence.

Caitlin Lowans is the artistic director of Theatreworks in Colorado Springs. In our conversation, we discuss what makes theatre uncomfortable when it isn't going well, our responsibility to our audiences, and what we need to be doing to stay true to what makes theatre unique.

Sarah Sheppard Shaver is the chair of the Theatre Department at Pikes Peak Community College as well as a board member of Springs Ensemble Theatre. In our conversation, we discuss why and how she got started with theatre, theatre's contemporary situation, and things to keep in mind moving forward.
