What is "The Black Tax"? The Black Tax is how Black professionals earn money working in corporate America. Often, it is unspoken by White people that Black people in corporate America are expected to work three times as hard. At the same time, our White counterparts have the pleasure of being mediocre simply because they have the complexion for protection.
