Wish scammed me 03/28/2024

Wish scammed me Toby discusses how he tried to use donation money to buy better audio equipment from Wish to improve the quality of his podcast, but ended up getting scammed and receiving a cheap, low-quality product that did not match the advertised description. He describes finding what looked like a good deal for a microphone mixer bundle for $38, but when the product arrived it was just a basic USB soundboard that he feels was not worth the price. Toby takes responsibility for not doing more research, but feels the product listing was misleading. He tried to get his money back but the seller and Wish would not help, so he is stuck with the unsatisfactory soundboard. Toby says this means the audio quality of the podcast will not improve as hoped.
