After graduating from the esteemed Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University in 2012 with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Chase pursued further academic excellence by completing his Masters in Business Administration in 2014. Following his graduation, he joined the family business in the medical sales industry. This experience nurtured his innate sales talent and laid the foundation for his outstanding performance in real estate sales. In 2018, Chase made the pivotal decision to establish Bray Real Estate Group, embarking on an independent career path. His unwavering dedication and exemplary sales prowess propelled him to achieve remarkable milestones. Notably, Chase accomplished $24 million in personal home sales in 2019, an impressive $41 million in 2020, and an even greater feat of $52 million in 2021. His trajectory continued to soar, reaching $62 million in 2022, with projections indicating sales surpassing $100 million in 2023. His unwavering commitment to excellence has earned him accolades, including consecutive D Magazine Best and Top Producer titles from 2018 to 2022. Additionally, Chase was recognized as part of the highly regarded Real Producers Top 500 from 2018 to 2023.
