This week I'm joined by my first guest Oisin Mulligan / Mulligainz Fitness. Oisin has an incredible story from an epic weight loss journey (130kg to 70kg), to finding his passion in fitness, so much so to pursue his education and career into coaching and helping others through the same struggles he endured and overcame. His coaching philosophy runs along similar lines of myself in keeping fitness as simple, safe, sustainable, and enjoyable as possible, so staying healthy is achievable for anybody with a small bit of motivation to get them started! I've known Oisin from being friends through school and to witness the strength of his mindset and will first-hand I can honestly say he is one of the most inspiring and driven people I know, and I'm sure from listening to this episode this inspiration will rub off you too!
