Dr Teri’s mission is to help families, grandparents, caregivers (teachers, coaches etc.)  even people in the workplace to improve the quality of their lives by improving communication, and resolving conflict more calmly therefore restoring peace in their homes, at school in the workplace and even on the ballfield.With over 22 years in PreK–Middle School classrooms, 17 years in higher education teaching educators, and personal experience raising a stepchild with significant behavioral challenges, Dr. Teri brings unmatched expertise and compassion to her work.
