Love Life: The Missing Love | Filmore Bouldes

Love Life: The Missing Love | Filmore Bouldes
The Missing Love In week one of our Love Life series, The Missing Love, we confront a question most of us feel but rarely name: Why does love fade—even when we try hard? This message challenges the assumption that relational breakdowns happen simply because something is wrong with them or us, and instead invites us to consider a deeper truth—we often fall out of love with God before we fall out of love with people. Rooted in 1 John 4:7–19, this sermon reveals that human love was always meant to flow from God’s love. Love doesn’t begin with chemistry, effort, or compatibility—it begins with God. When our connection to Him weakens, love doesn’t disappear; it distorts, strains, and collapses under pressure. Through three biblical stories—Adam & Eve, Abraham & Sarah, and Jacob & Rachel—we see a clear pattern: Love breaks when God’s love is distrusted. Love becomes destructive when God feels slow. Love collapses when relationships become ultimate. This message reminds us that Christianity doesn’t downgrade romance—it explains why it matters so deeply and why it breaks so easily. Romantic love is a gift, but it was never meant to be the source. When we ask people to give us what only God can provide, relationships buckle under impossible expectations. If you’re single, dating, married, discouraged, waiting, or carrying disappointment in relationships, this sermon invites you to stop striving to love better and instead return to receiving God’s love first. Because when love dries up horizontally, it’s often because it’s been disconnected vertically. Why You Can Trust The Bible | Levi Smith

Why You Can Trust The Bible | Levi Smith
Why You Can Trust The Bible In this message, Why You Can Trust the Bible, we address one of the most common and important questions people are asking today: Can I really trust Scripture? In a world where calendars change, systems shift, and opinions trend, this sermon points us to a God who does not change—and a Word that stands firm across time, cultures, and generations. Rooted in Hebrews 4:12–13, this message explains why the Bible is not a weapon or a rulebook, but a living and active invitation into rest, healing, and transformation. We explore how Scripture reveals not just information, but a Person—Jesus—who is the central theme of all of God’s Word. From Genesis to the Gospels, the Bible tells one unified story of a God in relentless pursuit of His people. This sermon unpacks four clear reasons we can trust the Bible: Jesus affirmed it as God’s spoken Word. History preserved it through thousands of manuscripts across centuries. Evidence confirms it through textual scholarship and archaeology. Life reveals it as God still speaks, guides, convicts, and restores today. Addressing common doubts—claims of corruption, alteration, and misuse—this message brings clarity with both truth and grace, showing that Christianity does not begin with a book, but with a Savior who trusted Scripture Himself. Ultimately, this message invites us to move beyond merely liking Jesus or church and into falling in love with Jesus through His Word. If you’re tired, worn out, burned out on religion, or unsure what God is saying to you, this message reminds us that God has already spoken—and His Word still offers rest for your soul, direction for today, and hope for tomorrow. In Your Dreams? | Charles Metcalf
In Your Dreams? In this message, In Your Dreams?, we explore what it truly means to dream big with God and how our dreams are meant to outlive us. Rooted in Ephesians 3:16–21, this sermon challenges shallow ambition and invites us into dreams that are anchored in God’s power, purpose, and eternal impact. Using the story of Joseph the dreamer, this message confronts hard but necessary questions: How long can you stay awake to hold on to your dream? Are you dreaming big about very small things? Will your dream still matter after you’re gone? Scripture reminds us that dreams disconnected from God may succeed temporarily—but they cannot carry eternal weight. This sermon unpacks three essential questions for anyone pursuing a God-sized dream: Are you open for a trade—willing to exchange comfort for calling? Are you brave enough to try, even when the outcome isn’t guaranteed? Are you crazy enough to believe that God can do exceedingly, abundantly more than you could ask, think, or imagine? If you’ve ever felt hesitant, discouraged, or unsure whether your dreams are worth the cost, this message will reignite faith to trust God beyond logic, lean into His strength, and pursue dreams that glorify Him long after we’re gone. If You Only Knew | Addison McIrvin
If You Only Knew In this message, we walk through John 4:7–29, the story of Jesus and the Samaritan woman at the well, and uncover how Jesus confronts our tendency to settle for less than the life God offers. Set during Jesus’ journey through Samaria at noon, this encounter reveals a Savior who meets people in their thirst, exposes false sources of life, and offers living water that truly satisfies. This sermon explores three powerful truths from the passage: that we are further than we think, Jesus is closer than we know, and He is better than we can imagine. Through this conversation at the well, we see how Jesus moves past surface-level fixes to heal the deeper root, removes barriers to God’s presence, and invites us into direct access to peace, joy, and relationship with Him. If you’ve ever felt spiritually dry, restless, or stuck settling for “good enough,” this message invites you to move beyond knowing about God and into experiencing Him. Discover how true worship, faith, and transformation begin when we stop running to empty wells and take Jesus at His word. You Had One Job | Levi Marychurch
YOU HAD ONE JOB In this message, You Had One Job, we explore Jesus’ response to one of the most important questions ever asked: What is the greatest commandment? Rooted in Matthew 22:34–40, this sermon unpacks how Jesus simplifies a complex faith into one central calling—to love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, and mind. This message challenges the idea that God’s grace removes all responsibility and invites us to rediscover our primary role: to minister to the Lord. Drawing from Deuteronomy 10:8, the practices of the priests, and rich Hebrew meaning, we learn that ministry to God looks like both faithful service (sharath) and faithful presence (amad)—serving, worshiping, abiding, and remaining with Him. Discover why Jesus is not only Savior but also Lord, how worship extends beyond songs into the ordinary moments of life, and how mundane obedience becomes meaningful when offered to God. This sermon calls us back to a life where loving God is not one priority among many—but the one job everything else flows from. How's Your Heart | Filmore Bouldes
How’s Your Heart? In this Advent message, we ask an essential question often overlooked in the holiday rush: How’s your heart? While December fills with busyness—shopping, travel plans, and constant activity—Jesus invites us to slow down and make room for Him at the deepest level. Advent isn’t just about celebrating Christmas; it’s about preparing your heart for the arrival of Christ. Drawing from Jesus’ parable of the four soils in Mark 4, this sermon explores how the condition of your heart determines what God can grow in your life. Whether your heart feels hardened, shallow, crowded, or open, Jesus uses this parable to diagnose spiritual health and invite transformation. Discover how Jesus brings true hope, joy, peace, and love—and why only the heart that is prepared can fully receive them. This sermon will help you: • Understand the four types of hearts Jesus describes in Mark 4 • Identify what hardens, crowds, or distracts your heart in the Christmas season • Grow deeper spiritual roots beyond emotion or seasonal inspiration • Prepare room for Jesus during Advent • Experience lasting hope, joy, peace, and love—not just holiday feelings • Become a receptive heart that produces spiritual fruit and long-term transformation Scripture References: Mark 4:1–20 (The Parable of the Sower) Isaiah 9:2 Luke 2:10, 14 1 John 4:9–10 Proverbs 4:23 Psalm 37:4 Luke 1:38 Psalm 119:18 Join Us This Week Plan a Visit (Seattle, WA) → Next Steps → Give → Follow Along Instagram → TikTok →

Church Health: A Church That Stands Out for the Right Reasons
A Church That Stands Out for the Right Reasons In this message, Filmore unpacks what it means to be a healthy, countercultural church in a world marked by division, noise, and spiritual forgetfulness. Drawing from Titus 1–3, he explores how Christian maturity is formed through a different posture, a different perspective, and a different power—all rooted in the gospel. Learn why Paul tells Titus to “remind the people” again and again, how believers are called to respond to government and culture, and why remembering who we were before Jesus is essential for spiritual growth, Christlike character, and a church that stands out for the right reasons. This sermon will help you: • Understand what makes a healthy church • Develop a Christlike posture toward authority and culture • Avoid slander, division, and quarrelsomeness • See yourself through the lens of grace, not self-righteousness • Rely on the transforming power of the Holy Spirit • Live out a faith that reflects Jesus in everyday life Scripture References: Titus 1–3 Acts 14:19–23 Titus 3:1–11 Romans 13:1 Matthew 5:9 Join Us This Week Plan a Visit (Seattle, WA) → Next Steps → Give → Follow Along Instagram → TikTok →

Church Health: Healthy People In this message, we continue our Church Health series by walking through Titus 2 and discovering what healthy Christians look like according to the Bible—not according to cultural trends. Just as society has rebranded the meaning of a “macchiato,” our culture has redefined concepts like manhood, womanhood, marriage, submission, truth, and identity. Paul’s teaching to Titus helps us recover the real thing again. Learn how sound doctrine leads to a healthy life, why what you believe always shapes who you become, and how spiritual formation happens across generations through intentional discipleship. This message explores God’s design for healthy men, healthy women, and spiritually grounded homes, while confronting cultural lies with the freedom of the gospel. Discover what biblical maturity looks like, how grace empowers real transformation, and why healthy churches are built by healthy doctrine that produces healthy people. I've Been Thinking: Can I Trust God with 'This'?
I've Been Thinking (Week Three) We’ve all asked it: “Can I trust God with 'this'?” Not whether He’s real, but whether He’s involved. When life hurts longer than expected, when faith feels fragile, and when hope seems delayed, can we still trust Him with the specifics? In this message from our series “I’ve Been Thinking…”, Pastor Filmore reminds us that faith isn’t a side topic; it’s the whole thing. Through the story of a woman who reached for Jesus after twelve years of disappointment, we’re invited to guard what we hear, renew what we think, and activate what we believe. Because God isn’t after vague belief; He’s after trust that names what hurts and still reaches out for Him. When we trade fear for faith, “this” becomes the very place God's power shows up strongest. In this message from our series “I’ve Been Thinking…”, Pastor Filmore explores the quiet tension between growth and validation, reminding us that God isn’t after perfection or performance. He’s after obedience. When we trade comparison for calling, weakness becomes the very place His power shows up strongest. When You Pray: Starting Point of Prayer
Prayer is more than asking, it is the starting point of intimacy with God. In this message, Pastor Filmore reminds us that prayer begins not with our needs, but with our Father. The True You: A Servant

The True You: A Servant
Who but the creator can determine the identity of the creation? Who but God can tell us who we are? This week, Pastor Levi closes out our sermon series with a message titled The True You: A Servant. He reminds us that our identity as a servant brings about true freedom. In John 13, we see Jesus, fully aware of His authority and blessing from the Father, choose to serve by washing the feet of His disciples. The Bible lets us know that the true manifestation of power is in serving. It is to be in connected and in community with His people. But how often are we closed-fisted, protective of what we call “mine”? In reality, Scripture reveals that every blessing from God was never meant to stop with one person, it was always intended for the many. Society often convinces us that being a servant is beneath us. That we’re meant to take, to climb, and to build our own name. But if the Creator is the one who defines the creation, then we must look to Jesus to understand who we truly are. Reclaiming our identity as servants is the path to both fulfillment and freedom. So this week, regardless of how loud the world gets, remind yourself that true leadership always begin with a servant’s heart. The True You: Child of God

The True You: Child of God
Where does your identity lie? Are you striving for approval, or resting in the intimacy of being God’s child? This week, Pastor Filmore preached on "The Name That Matters Most", a message about moving from performance to deep relationship. Through the story of the prodigal son in Luke 15, we’re reminded that God’s love isn’t earned, it’s received. Whether you’ve run from God or you've stayed home bound by duty, the Father is still pursuing you. As long as you try to impress Jesus, you’ll miss intimacy with Him. Your joy doesn’t come from your spiritual resume it comes from being known by God. God is not looking for spiritual employees, He is adopting children into His family. His grace is not limited, and His love knows no bounds. This week, shift your posture. Start your prayers with worship, not requests. Come to God as His child. Desperate Dad

Desperate Dad
Is your faith small in quantity or weak in quality? This week, Pastor Campbell takes us through Mark 9, where we witness an unforgettable encounter between Jesus and a desperate father seeking deliverance for his son. The father asks Jesus if He can do anything to save his son, and Jesus, rebuking the man's tentativeness, responds, “All things are possible for the one who believes.” In that moment, the father models for us a heart posture we should constantly find ourselves in. He says, “I do believe; help my unbelief.” We live in a world that tells us we need to be polished, confident, and spiritually perfect before we can come to Jesus. But in Mark 9, this father shows us a better way. We’re called to come desperate, honest, full of worship, and anchored in trust, because Jesus doesn’t respond to flawless faith. He responds to genuine faith. Too often, we believe we have to strive more and clean ourselves up before God will move. But Pastor Campbell reminds us that real faith isn’t rooted in effort. It’s rooted in an authentic relationship with the Father. A faith small in quantity, like a mustard seed, but not weak in quality, can move mountains. This week, be encouraged. There is no shame in crying out to God in uncertainty. You don’t have to be a superhero of faith for God to meet you. You just have to be faithful, and that’s possible for all of us. The True You: Citizen of Heaven

The True You: Citizen of Heaven
Are you letting guilt determine who you are or leaning into who you already are in Christ? This week, Pastor Filmore continues our series by reminding us of our true citizenship in Heaven. God offers transformation through His truth in a world that tries to shape us through shame, pressure, and performance. Before He ever gives us instruction, He gives us identity. We’re not striving to become someone else, but we are learning to embody who we already are in Christ. We are merely passing through this world, and that means our cravings, our convictions, and our perspective should look different from the culture around us. When we spend time leaning into what God has to offer and what He says about us our appetites begin to change. Our perspective deepens. And our hearts start to break for what breaks His. This message is a call to lay down our old labels and live with eternity in mind. Our faith walk takes effort. Our loyalty must belong to Jesus first. And above all, we must remember: we are no longer defined by old scripts, shame, or sin. We are citizens of heaven, called to live like it. The Jesus I Never Knew

The Jesus I Never Knew
It’s one thing to hear about Jesus, but it’s another to encounter Him. This Sunday, we’re joined by Pastor Jon Laurenzo as he brings a powerful message about the Jesus we never knew. In Luke 8, we see Jesus walking through a crowd when He encounters two people desperately in need of a miracle. We learn that their desperation and faith draw Jesus to them, and that same invitation is extended to us. But how often do we hesitate to bring our deepest needs to God, thinking they’re too big, too messy, or simply not worth His time? Pastor Jon reminds us that when we come to God in our desperation, He doesn’t just heal surface-level problems. He restores us completely. Our faith must remain rooted in who Jesus truly is, not merely in what we hope He’ll do. When we’re consumed by rumors about Jesus instead of actually knowing Him, our faith becomes fragile and unstable, especially in moments of uncertainty. This world often portrays a version of Jesus that feels distant and uninterested in our struggles. But the truth is, the suffering He endured on the cross was for the joy of being with you. This week, take time to reflect on your relationship with Jesus. Are you chasing after rumors of who He is, or are you walking with the Savior you actually know? The True You: Priest

The True You: Priest
Who are we really? In a world that is obsessed with self expression and inventing we are offered something deeper in the gospel. This Sunday, Pastor Filmore launches us into our new series on what God says about us. We are not performers, producers, or spectators we are a royal priesthood. The world chases success to settle insecurities and to silence shame but in Christ our identity is never based on what we achieve or how we feel. We have been called out of darkness and invited into our true roles as priests. As priests we are not passive observers but active participants. We bring our everyday praises, presence, and prayers as a sacrifice to God and lay it all down as His altar. We stop clinging on to the success and feelings and start trusting that if we bring the offering and God brings the outcome. Jesus calls us to a life that is marked by surrender and not spotlight. A reminder that he doesnt just want our two hours on Sunday but our everyday. You are not tasked to prove yourself but you must bring yourself and fully trust that the Lord is enough.
