I am an integrative Counsellor/Therapist. My Podcast is centred around emotional and mental health. Emotional and Mental Justice is something we all seek and need. It is at the core of our sanity. It is central to the things that help us function and live a healthy balanced life. It is also something that can be very difficult to attain without the right tools. Through this journey with me, we are going to be acknowledging our trials and tribulations, trying to understand our own situations and how we have come to be the person we are today, whilst empowering each other to not suffer in silence

As a poet myself, I decided that it was time I started to share some of my poetry. I wrote this piece that is very dear to me, which depicts a person in need to exit this world, Sucidal, they've had enough. I felt this piece was incomplete without depicting the perspectives often shared in society that affect us in different ways, whereby some may understand you and others may criticise your choices and decisions in a situation like this.
