But after reading The Essene Gospel of Peace, something ignited in me. So, my question that I am diving into on today's podcast is this, "Are you reading and speaking spiritual jargon, but not truly living it?" Are you actualy practicing the principles and using your mind to direct energy through your subconscious and into the superconscious of the Universe? Universal Laws are the way energy is formed into physical existence. Universal Laws are the principles and physics of how we manifest and demonstrate. For decades, the word God triggered me. I grew up with the image of a man in the sky who judged, punished, and demanded obedience. That version of God never resonated with my inner knowing, so I rejected it entirely. My personal journey with the statement ‘You are God’ Why so many people are triggered by the statement ‘You are God’ The Game of God — Recovering Your True Identity Biblical and Scientific Proof Even when I entered spiritual circles, I was still taught that God was somewhere above me. Charts, teachings, and symbols all pointed upward. Yet deep inside, there was always a quiet truth. A presence. A power that felt like it lived within, not outside. As my awakening unfolded, I realized my repulsion was never toward God. It was toward the distorted definition. Through decades of spiritual practice, mystical experiences, channeling, and receiving downloads, I could no longer deny the truth. Everything that came through my consciousness was later confirmed through biblical teachings, unified physics, and science. I realized that God is not a being in the sky. God is the truth of who we are. It is the Source within us, not only at the center of every cell, but permeating everything. Science calls it the zero point field, and mystics call it the I Am. The final awakening is recognizing that every aspect of ourselves, others, and life is God, also known as Source. There has always been tension around the statement I am God or You are God. I have watched spiritual communities divide over it. Many people react because of deep conditioning, religious hierarchy, and fear. But the truth is simple: the consciousness within me is the same consciousness within you. We are not separate from the Divine. We are expressions of it. In this episode, I explain a powerful model from unified physics and The Game of God. If God is all knowing and infinite, the only way to experience something new is to express through limitation. Each of us is a fractal of the One. Human challenges are not punishments; they are resistance training for the soul. We forget who we are so we can remember more fully. This is the great awakening. We are not here to worship a God outside of us. We are here to awaken to the God within us. I am God. You are God. We are the One Infinite Source remembering itself through human form. ➡️ UNIVERSAL LAW OF THE WEEK | Universal Law of Power “Remember the truth of who you are.” This law states that there is an immeasurable Life Force that has the ability to move mountains, part the seas, and create miracles. You are this Life Force. Deep within is an unlimited power for good, and you are it. You have the capability to direct, influence, and inspire all living things. And, you have the ability to invert it and cause massive destruction. This is the axiom that you are life and that you have the power to impact the world positively or negatively. The extent to which you awaken to the truth of who you are is the extent to which you will experience your Divine power. AWAKEN THE ORACLE WITHIN: Have you ever experienced feeling powerless in an area of your life? The moment you hand your power over to anything in the external world is the moment you will experience feeling disempowered. It is time to wake up and remember who you are and the power within. By drawing this card, your Higher Self desires for you to take back your power and decide to live a totally faith-driven life. You are the Force! Traditional psychology, as a scientific discipline, does not formally recognize or study the soul as a real or measurable entity. Psychology, in its modern academic and clinical form, focuses on the mind and behavior—things that can be observed, measured, or inferred through research and evidence-based methods. The word “psychology” actually comes from the Greek psyche, which originally meant soul or breath of life. Ironically, psychology began as the study of the soul—but over time, as science evolved, it distanced itself from philosophy, religion, and spirituality. To be accepted as a legitimate science, psychology began focusing on cognition, emotion, behavior, and neurology—what can be tested and quantified—rather than metaphysical concepts like the soul or spirit. So, traditional psychology looks at the human being as a complex biological and psychological organism shaped by genetics, environment, and experience. It studies trauma, memory, and development through the lens of cause and effect within the brain and nervous system. Spiritual psychology, on the other hand, reclaims the original meaning of psyche—recognizing that beyond the mind is consciousness itself. It sees the soul as the eternal Self expressing through form, and views challenges and suffering not as dysfunctions to fix, but as divine opportunities for awakening and integration. So, grab your journal and a tea — Let's go! ☕️💗 THIS WEEK'S EPISODE | Manifest Your Future Highest Self | Living The E4 Method™✨ Living The E4 Method™ ✨👁️ Universal Law Lesson of Individualization ⚡️🪐 Spiritual Mind Treatment 🧬✨ Download the Universal Law Calendar with 52 weekly lessons — FREE when you join my Energy Update Newsletter ➡️ ➡️ SOUL WORK | Manifesting Your Future Highest Self | Living The E4 Method™ ✨ Living the E4 Method as a Daily Practice One of the greatest misconceptions about inner work is the belief that once you’ve done your trauma healing, you will never get triggered, never react, and somehow live in a state of constant perfection. The truth is more nuanced. Yes, through the E4 Method™ we neutralize the energetic charge around mental pictures stored in the subconscious mind. We release the trauma loops and birth our truth in the areas of relationships and love, career and money, health and vitality, and our soul’s purpose. But you must have a daily practice to Live Your Truth. Once you’ve done your deep soul clearing work, you must embody daily. The nervous system has been patterned through lifetimes of misbeliefs, reactions, and false identities. Reprogramming requires creating new habits and ways of being. Each day, we energize and empower our true identity, beliefs, thoughts, feelings, and emotions. This is why daily spiritual practice is essential. Just as we wouldn’t expect to strengthen our body by going to the gym once, we cannot expect to live fully empowered without training the mind and nervous system consistently. Living the E4 Method™ means integrating it into our mornings, evenings, and throughout the day. Morning and Evening Practice Each morning and evening, set aside sacred time to align with truth. Begin with meditation, prayer, or breathwork to quiet the mind and connect with Source within. Affirm your intentions for the day: Who am I committed to being? What truth am I standing in? What values am I honoring? At night, reflect: Where did I live in alignment today? Where did I give my power away? This creates a rhythm of self-awareness, reprogramming the subconscious mind and training the nervous system to respond differently. Living Sovereignty Throughout the Day Living the E4 Method™ also means practicing sovereignty in every interaction. Sovereignty is the recognition that no person, place, or circumstance has power over you. You are 100% responsible for your energy, your emotions, and what you create. This doesn’t mean controlling life—it means choosing how you relate to life. When you are triggered, you no longer see it as a setback but as an invitation to go deeper, to return again to neutrality, to re-align with your highest self. Practical Integration Throughout the day, pause and check in: Am I listening to my highest self or to the old voices of fear and separation? Reset with a conscious breath. Speak an affirmative declaration. Choose gratitude, choose forgiveness, choose truth. In doing so, you begin to live as the cause, not the effect—directing Universal Law through intentional thought, feeling, and action. The E4 Method™ is not simply a process to heal the past; it is a way of being. It calls us to wake up daily, to reprogram our subconscious patterns, and to walk in the world as the embodiment of truth. This is the practice. This is the path. A simple, moment-to-moment daily practice to transform negative emotions and align with Truth: 1. EXPERIENCE – Simply Be with What Is Practice Being Fully Present – Observe what is happening in this moment without distraction. Practice Non-Resistance – Allow the experience to unfold without trying to change or push it away. Practice Non-Attachment – Let go of identifying with the experience; it is something you are witnessing, not who you are. Practice Observing with Awareness – Stay neutral, allowing sensations and thoughts to arise and pass naturally. 2. EVALUATION – No Story, No Meaning Practice Noticing the Facts Only – What actually happened? Remove interpretation and opinion. Practice Letting Go of Any Backstory – Let go of past wounds or justifications—see this moment as it is. Practice Letting Go of Any Meaning-Making – Resist the urge to assign blame, reason, or deeper significance to what occurred. Practice Staying Neutral and in The Now – Refrain from reliving the past or projecting into the future—simply witness this moment. 3. Instead of reacting, we create. Instead of being consumed by stress, we generate peace. Energy mastery is the bridge between inner alignment and outer manifestation. It is all about sovereignty! From Reactivity to Sovereignty Most people live in reaction to circumstances — pulled by emotions, stories, and outside influence. They look at the world—pointing fingers, making others wrong, and dramatizing polarity. They blame everyone and everything for their suffering; politics, the economy, and the world at large. Energy mastery is about reclaiming your sovereignty. When you remember who you are and master your inner state, you stop being at the mercy of life and begin directing Universal Law with intention. Creating Your Life’s Manual As you master energy, you begin writing your life’s manual — consciously choosing your standards, boundaries, and the frequency you live in. No longer reactive, you step into the role of sovereign creator of your reality. Creating your life’s manual is about taking radical responsibility for your own energy, emotions, and empowerment. Instead of setting boundaries as rules for other people, you set standards for yourself that guide how you show up in every environment. This is about sovereignty, knowing who you are, what you stand for, and what you will and will not allow yourself to participate in. Each area of life is a relationship, whether it’s with money, health, love, or purpose, and when you create a manual, you’re establishing clarity around those relationships so you can remain empowered and aligned with Source within. When you design a life’s manual, you begin by identifying your core values. From there, you define the standards by which you live, your “policies and procedures.” This framework allows you to know what is acceptable, what is non-negotiable, and what is your highest vision. By doing so, you no longer give your power away to people, places, or circumstances. Instead, you remain centered, clear, and empowered in your truth. This isn’t about control, it’s about freedom through clarity. Create clarity in each area of your life: HIGH: What is Your Ideal Scene? This is the highest vision you hold for yourself in each area of life. It represents the ultimate expression of your values and what you are creating. For example, in relationships, your ideal scene might be mutual respect, intimacy, growth, and unconditional love. MID: What Are Your Par / Must-Haves? These are your non-negotiable standards—the baseline that must be present in order for you to remain in integrity. In relationships, this could be honesty, consistency, and mutual respect. LOW: What Are Your Deal Breakers? These are dealbreakers—behaviors, environments, or circumstances you will not allow yourself to remain in. They are the red flags that compromise your integrity or drain your energy. For example, deceit, abuse, or dishonesty would be deal breakers. By clearly defining these three categories, you create a personal manual that helps you navigate life with sovereignty. You know which environments to avoid, what standards you must uphold, and what vision you are moving toward. With this clarity, you no longer react to circumstances, you respond with intention. You become the author of your life, aligned with Source, standing firmly in your integrity.
