Just STOP doing this...
Eliminate This month we are doing a mini-series inside Amplify Your Team where we are talking about elimination, automation and delegation. Today’s focus - ELIMINATE! Let’s go THERE with elimination and…dare i say, get ruthless? Before we start though…there are tasks that we just don’t want to do…but that we GET to do for our business because it’s what’s required. I’m not talking about those tasks (because those tasks are where our growth is). And perhaps these tasks can be delegated…but we will talk about that in 2 weeks… I am talking about a task that we can truly eliminate. In the first episode, https://everydayinspiringwomen.libsyn.com/amplifyyourvision/find-more-time-in-your-day-and-weekwith-ead-eliminate-automate-delegate I asked for you to make a list over a two week period {or doing a minimum at a 15 minute brain dump} of the tasks you’ve been doing. And part of it was to comb through it and ask “Why am I doing this”? I am inviting you to get on this level with me here. Why am I doing this and go through and ask yourself these questions of the tasks is, You are unsure WHY… Were you coached on it but unsure why Did you think you ‘should’ be doing it. Because everybody else is doing it. Is it because you love to do it and it brings you joy? Do it. Maybe NOT 24/7 but if it’s bringing you joy, keep it on your list and be present to when you’re doing it and how much time it’s actually taking you. If you decide that ultimately you’re doing it and you’re not sure why it’s really something that you get to consider eliminating from your daily, weekly or monthly task list. I have been following content creator/Beachbody coach Angie Bellemare for a while now, I love her planners. She created a post the other day talking about not enjoying doing reels. She does tons of video content, but she loves long video content and photos. What she ultimately said was she’s been pushing to do IG reels, YouTube shorts and tiktoks. Until she finally asked herself why am I doing this? It’s a trend and all of the people say I should be doing it…but she was forcing it, not creating the same results for the time she was putting in and instead decided to go back to what has worked for her in the past. Now…this is what I am talking about and what I’m aligned to. If something isn’t creating the results you’re looking for, take a look at it and see if it is a tweak that you get to do or something gets to shift or do you get to stop doing it? And if you need to give yourself permission to stop doing it. THIS IS YOUR PERMISSION SLIP… It’s okay. Keep going! You should definitely have stuff to eliminate from what you’re doing. Unless you are such a well oiled machine…and well, if that were the case, you wouldn’t be listening to this podcast because I started off the first episode saying if you’re here it’s because you’re likely feeling stressed out, feeling overwhelmed or on the brink of overwhelm. So what are you eliminating? Be mindful - if it’s a task that is creating a result perhaps you look to delegate or automate. Otherwise, let’s get RUTHLESS… Write your list…what are you eliminating? If you want to send your list to me, I would be happy to take a peek at it. Shoot me an email at [email protected] I will take a peek and give you some feedback if that’s what you are up for. Let’s do it. Otherwise, post your list on social tag me @amplifyyourvision . You love your friends and business besties, don’t you? Who else could you challenge to eliminate busy work tasks that they’re doing and don’t need to be? They don’t need to be doing these things in their business because we were told once they should or the trend said they should or they’ve been doing tasks and don’t even know why? Send them the first podcast in this series https://everydayinspiringwomen.libsyn.com/amplifyyourvision/find-more-time-in-your-day-and-weekwith-ead-eliminate-automate-delegate Let’s get ruthless and round up your friends to get ruthl

Find more time in your day and week…with EAD! {Eliminate, Automate, Delegate}
This month we are talking all about automation, delegation and elimination. And how it pertains to your business, to your team. This month will support you as well, in getting out of the ‘busy’ work of being an entrepreneur, and bringing in different support where it matters the most. We will be taking time to reflect on tasks you should be doing. What are the high leverage tasks that truly you get to do because it is your zone of genius and other tasks where you get to ask yourself should you even be doing them? Here is what you can do to get started: Over the next two weeks, every single day write down every single task you do Get clear on what you are actually spending time doing Go through those tasks and with an objective eye ask yourself what are the things that truly only you can do and you want to be doing Review your list and create 4 categories - Eliminate, Automate, Delegate and Keep. As you look at the categories, my invitation is to stay out of the HOW to do it and just be in the vision and the dream of this. Here are a few other questions to ask yourself when considering E/A/D: Does this feel heavy Is this creating results What is the ROI of this task Is it creating traction is it creating income Is it required in order to create income Why? (generally asking yourself this question!!) I would love for you to send me an email. When are you doing this? Email me and tell me the date that you are sitting down and doing your eliminate, automate, delegate list. My client did this quick braindump yesterday and had a huge breakthrough around how easy it was. So you can have a breakthrough right now too! Next week’s episode and blog post will be on what we can ELIMINATE!! See you then!

What does it mean to have VISION?
What is a vision? Our vision is our bigger what and why. Why we're doing what we’re doing. It doesn't have to be lengthy, it just gets to be the backbone, the driving force behind everything that you're doing. It's not where you are now, it's where you want to be. It's the ultimate state of what you want your team or your business to look like. Give yourself permission to think big. Give yourself permission to want anything it is that you want. Give yourself permission to just complete it. What is your VISION? Shoot me an email to let me know -
