This show is dedicated to wealth building and private investing, but at its core, it’s really about designing the life you truly want. Whether you’re here to learn about personal finance, real estate, business, or personal development, we’ve got plenty of topics to explore. Who are we? We’re Denny and Dessiree (or just Dessi). Like many, we once wished for more—more freedom, more time, more financial security. Eventually, we stopped wishing and started taking action. Our journey began in the E Quadrant (Employee Life)—Dessiree as an internal auditor and Denny as a store manager. Then, we transitioned to the Self-Employed/Small Business (S Quadrant) as insurance agents—Denny as a personal financial advisor and mortgage loan originator. Today, we’re in the B & I Quadrants (Business Owner & Investor Life), building businesses that can run without us and investing in real estate such as value add apartment buildings and ground up development (only our own) and public companies.
