Webinar - What We Heard: Perinatal Mental Health Supports in the Family Support Sector Supported by the Daymark Foundation, Families Canada has been working on a project titled: “Mental Health Support for Perinatal People: A needs assessment of the family support sector”. The webinar marks the launch of the needs assessment and share, for the first-time, what Families Canada’s research team heard during the national consultations. Existing gaps, assets, opportunities, and barriers to providing mental health support services to perinatal people will be identified. Find out where to access a list of existing programs and resources in your province/territory. And important recommendations for increasing perinatal people’s access to mental health support in the family support sector will be shared. This important event will help increase your understanding of current gaps, opportunities, barriers for providing mental health support services to perinatal people in the family support sector.
