About Matt McButter: Matt McButter is the podcast nickname for Matt McPherson. In his work life, Matt has worked with many early stage tech companies over the years, making disease surveillance tools, game systems and most recently - virtual humans. He teaches the odd entrepreneurship class to grad students at the University of Toronto. Annoyingly curious, some of his obsessions include: maps, classic arcades, hockey, sci fi and any sufficiently advanced technology indistinguishable from magic.
