Horses for a Better World
Horses for a Better World (presented by Hooves and Paws for a Cause) is a 501(c)3 non profit in Ozark serving the greater Springfield area. Imagine if a first responder, health care worker, community volunteer or a teacher could find someone who could help them disconnect, regenerate and let go of the stress and reduce feelings of tension, anxiety and anger they are experiencing. Imagine if a child who is experiencing some troubling issues in their life could find someone they trust to listen to their troubles, without judgement. What if someone could help them gain feelings of self-esteem, empowerment, patiences and trust? What if I told you that "someone" had four hooves, a mane and a tail?... That's right, horses can help change people's lives for the better.
