Jebo's brace puts him at nine goals for the season, the second-highest total of his career. Monterey Bay F.C. kept its hot streak alive by trouncing the Colorado Springs Switchbacks 4-2 at Cardinale Stadium. Chase Boone scored an absolute golazo while Adrian Rebollar continues to impress in his rookie campaign. The biggest news of the week was the final act of the Matias Almeyda saga in San Jose. After a 2-2 draw against Nashville SC, the team announced that they had parted ways with the charismatic manager. Monterey Bay FC has one match left before their much-anticipated opening home match on May 7.
