Girlhood Studies: An Interdisciplinary Journal is a peer-reviewed journal providing a forum for the critical discussion of girlhood. The Editor-in-Chief is Claudia Mitchell, and the Managing Editor is Ann Smith; both are from McGill University, Canada. International and interdisciplinary in scope, the journal is committed to feminist, anti-discrimination, and anti-oppression approaches. The Girlhood Studies Podcast supports the journal’s work of addressing the research-to-practice gap by translating research findings into oral storytelling for new audiences.
