Ep 180 -- Pace Shaming. What it is, and how we can deal with it.

Ep 180 -- Pace Shaming. What it is, and how we can deal with it.
We have a philosophy. You do you. Let us do us. Because we are all doing the best we can with what we got. Pace shaming is a falsification that runners have to be a certain pace, or run a certain distance. Pace shaming can come from others, or worse, it can come from the voices in our heads. In this rant episode, we want you to know that if you run, you are a runner. Pace doesn’t matter here. Because you belong.
