I’m trying to find a dosing recommendation for using the 2 in conjunction. Thanks guys, LOVE THE PODCAST! Question 2: Thanks for the great information every week. What do u guys consider healthy fasted blood sugar levels when running HGH , and at what point do you consider coming off and resetting insulin sensitivity? Thank you Question 3: What did you use gluathione for and when do you think its useful? I used to drink heavily and thinking of adding for liver health/repair Question4 : Thank you both for all the valuable information. Watch you guys every Sunday. Couple of questions. 1st I just ordered some 5mg PDE 5 capsules and I want to use them to help with enlarged prostate. I read that it really helps improve the weak urinary flow by relaxing the prostate muscle. Doesn't actually shrink the prostate but helps with the flow. I also take finasteride to help shrink the prostate. Any knowledge on this. And question 2 interested in Kisspeptin myself but im on TRT and I heard I does nothing for you if your on TRT. Again their is always various of options. What do you guys think on this subject. Thanks again for all that you guys do. Keep up the great work.💪💪 Question 5: Fantastic show today (except for background noise haha) !!!! 60-yo female lab rat . Started tirz on 12/19/25 at 198 pounds, but felt the appetite suppressant was too strong (although anti inflammatory was great!), and so switched to Reta after 3 months on the Tirz. Now down to 141 pounds and feeling great! Weights in gym 4 days a week. Have dabbled in other peptides but ready to pursue the mitochondria repair aggressively with hopes it will increase energy to positively affect my workouts. I will be starting my lab rat on 5-amino-1mq this week. Loved your data points on the dosing protocol. I have 4 of the mitochondria peptides available to include SS31, MOTSc, NAD+ and 5-amino. Starting this week with daily SS31 (2mg), NAD (25 mg) and 5-amino (5mg). Will be integrating MOTSc 5mg twice a week after that. I will update you In progress . Is this too much or am I on the right track? Question 6: Are you still taking a secretagogue? I was taking cjc IPA and it jacked up my sleep. I tried playing with the timing before bed but still would cause interrupted sleep and waking up hour before alarm. Cut it out after a month reluctantly because my gym recovery had improved significantly and sleep went back to normal after discontinuing it. Going to try tesa and hopefully will have different results Question 7: Is really interesting that the Reta so far is the only thing that helps your vertigo. You live a pretty healthy lifestyle etc and knowing how well kpv works for things like auto immune and inflammation I’m honestly shocked it hasn’t worked for you yet but like Jim said could be the dose. I need to research systemic inflammation because you assume you eat well and exercise that you shouldn’t have any but it appears you still can doing “all the right things” and it can cause havoc in the background. Question 8: Why would you jump straight back into a cut after a “bulk” especially when you gained no body fat? Why not just sit straight maintenance? Question 9: What was the name of the cd38 blocker? Question 10: Do you guys feel 5 amino is worth it if alteady dosing nad+ high? Might swich mots c to 5 amino as i dont feel anything on mots c anymore (4-5mg) Question 11: I started SS-31 to start so I can get on Mots-C and SS-31 is giving me hives and breakouts, I already have mass cell activation and it seems to activate it 😢 has anyone noticed this??? Question 12: Just ordered some B12 from Biovitalis, can u please explain dosing , frequency, and the best administration, Subq or IM? Amazing work all the time Gentlemen! Have you heard of / researched taking LDN (low-dose Naltrexone) for inflammation reduction? And, have you heard of / researched FLGR-242, a modified version of Follistatin-344, which has been available to the public since approximately November of 2025. Question: I've been taking 200 mcg of cjc 1295 and 200 mcg of ipamorelin before bed 5 days on and 2 days off for about a month. I was not sleeping well on the nights i took it. 2 days ago I started taking1mg of tesamorelin and 200mcg of ipa before bed and cjc and ipa in the morning. I woke up with a headache both mornings. I was take half the amount of tesa and see what happens. Just curious what you thought was causing the headache. Thanks for all the good info guys! Question: I’ve been on Reta for 4 months and have lost 15 pounds and 2 belt sizes, but my blood pressure is up and was a little high when I started it. If I stop Reta what should I take instead? You talked about SS-31 and MOTS-C and running one before the other. I'm currently running SS-31 and planning to add in MOTS-C after a few weeks. I'm hearing that adding in NAD+ on opposite days of MOTS-C is beneficial. Have either of you done this?
