After all, how does a food diet unravel the mental and emotional ties you have to connected to food over a lifetime? How many years of your lifetime have you been struggling with unhealthy eating? Don't feel bad that no food diet has fixed these issues for you and rest assured, you're not alone. There's a reason that millions have tried at least 10 diets in their lifetime but still they can't get control of their eating.
