24: Armour of God Series: How to Take Up and Use Our Sword of the Spirit (the Word of God)
I'm back with the 6th episode in the Armour of God series and we have just one episode left before we wrap this series up. It’s been so amazing to dig a little deeper into the armour of God and I hope you have been able to glean a few things from each episode. In this episode, I am talking about how we can take the Sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God, and how we can keep it sharpened! As children of God, it is our responsibility and duty to use His Word to discern the truth and then follow it. We need to use the Word of God to discern thoughts and attitudes that are contrary to God’s way and use His word, the sword of the Spirit, to bring our attitudes and thoughts into captivity. God’s word is so powerful that it is able to cut through every defense the enemy can raise against us. I hope you enjoy this episode and I pray it blesses you.
