On 8 September, at 11:11 pm local time, a 6.8-magnitude earthquake hit central Morocco. Its epicentre was in the High Atlas Mountains, southwest of Marrakesh city. This is considered the most powerful earthquake in a century to strike Morocco. The King of Morocco Mohamed VI has called for 3 days of mourning. Over 2000 people lost their lives and as many people are seriously injured. In the wake of these tragic circumstances, Leaders On Purpose Podcast is uniting with the relief efforts. My hope is that this episode offers a sense of relief to those who may need it and inspires many more to join the collective efforts today.
