Episode 7 My Adult ADHD Story Recent Diagnosis All I can say is I can see clearly now the rain is gone....at the age of 45 my recent diagnosis of Adult ADHD has opened my eyes to understanding now who I am and life is lifing!! Unfortunately I can't go back and change the past but I now know how to manage my future.
