Lillian McDermott, Free Life Coaching Session
As a Certified Life Coach and Certified Holistic Cancer Coach, I’ve observed that while many people are willing to invest time, money, and effort into improving their physical bodies, they often avoid tending to their mind and spirit. They offer excuses like lack of time, money, or the belief that they “don’t need it, but my (add name here,) does!” That’s why I am introducing something new in The Classroom: Free Life Coaching Sessions. A loving, judgment-free space where you can ask questions about anything causing pain, confusion, or uncertainty and gain clarity, perspective, and direction. Coaching isn’t about being told what to do; it’s about asking the right questions, reconnecting with your inner wisdom, and moving forward with intention. Each week, I will select requests to explore during The Classroom for the benefit of all who may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready for something more.
