The GRINCH Mindset that Steals Your Miracles! Do you remember the holiday special “The Grinch Who Stole Christmas”? It is one of my favorites, but recently I realized that it is also a POWERFUL manifestation story too! In this episode, I share how the Grinch is a mindset that might be stealing YOUR miracles right now! I will teach you how to recognize this sneaky thief and stop it in its tracks, as well as how all the Whos in Whoville show us exactly how to magnify our miracles! This tricky voice in your head often sounds reasonable and responsible, which is how it tricks you into putting off acting on your dream. But don’t be fooled! Just as the Grinch lied to Cindy Loo Who, who was no more than two, that he was fixing the tree and would return it, your inner Grinch lies to you too by telling you ‘you are not ready for your miracle.’ 3) The best part of the Grinch story is the very end, where all the Whos in Whoville come out and celebrate Christmas anyway. Create a Life That Loves You Back! Have you been following all the advice about manifesting a life you love? What if I told you NOT to do that…that there is something way more important to focus on when it comes to creating a life you love? In this episode, I explain why you need to focus LESS on creating a life you love and more on creating a life that loves you back! Most women pour so much energy into the things they love, the people they love, the work they love… without giving any thought to whether they are being loved back. When it comes to manifestation, this can be a hidden barrier to having a life you love! If you want to learn how to manifest a life that loves you back, Key Learnings: 1) Most of the manifestation advice out there tells you to focus on creating a life you love. In order to do that, you are advised to focus on thinking about what you love and pouring all your energy into those people, places and things. But for women, this can backfire! 2) Women naturally pour their energy into the things that matter to them, the things they love. They are usually the first ones to volunteer to help in most situations and can burn themselves out. Why? Because they are only focused on giving, and not on receiving. 3) To create a life you love, focus on creating a life that loves you back! I have lived in many places that I loved, but that didn’t love me back. When I lived in NYC it was great at first, but I soon realized that the pace and lifestyle of the city left me feeling drained and depleted. Although I loved New York, New York didn’t love me back, not enough anyway. Key Learnings: 1) Question one: “How can I manifest paying off debt, especially after using manifestation methods that have yet to show results?” Answer: Paying off debt is actually the ‘how.’ Stay focused on the ‘what’ which is being financially free or having a million dollars in savings and investments. The more you focus on the debt, the more it will stick around. Use the ‘Core Four’ practices in the every day to help you do this. 2) Question two: “What could be blocking my money manifestation?” Answer: Let go of the idea of having a block with money. Instead, ask “what part of me doesn’t feel safe receiving more money?” Or ‘why am I choosing to experience this?’ A good practice to do to receive more money is forgiveness. The Universe is always mirroring our energy, so if we are withholding energy but not forgiving, the Universe withholds from us too. Forgive freely and be open to receive abundance. 3) Money is connected to the second chakra, the sacral chakra. The big issues with this chakra are emotions, relationships and creativity. If you are experiencing challenges with manifesting money, practice feeling good every day. Raise your vibration by raising your emotional frequency. Spiritual Book Review: Manifesting Miracles by Neville Goddard Have you ever had a book that you read again and again? Manifesting Miracles by Neville Goddard is one of those books! Every time I read it, I learn something new. This book is so simply written, and yet contains profound spiritual truths about life and the manifestation process. Neville Goddard was a master at the Law of Assumption, and his teachings have the power to change your life in the best possible way! In this episode, I share directly from this miraculous book and explain his unique view on the Bible as a blueprint for manifestation. The second half of the book contains answers to questions he was asked at his live lectures, many of which are things you or I might ask him today if we had the chance. Saying NO Can HEAL Your Life! Is there a simple way to magnify the miracles in your life? The simplest way I know is to begin saying NO to the things you do not want to experience! My spiritual teacher, the late Rev. Ann Jefferson, taught me the spiritual healing power of saying NO to circumstances that do not align with health, wealth, and happiness. I am SO grateful that she did because I have been able to experience so many miracles in my life through this simple technique. In this episode, I share exactly how YOU can begin to say NO to lack, illness, loneliness and anything else that is NOT aligned with your miracle! The two-letter word NO has so much healing power! Honor Your Spiritual Teachers on Guru Purnima with Gratitude Meditation Do you remember who first taught you to pray or meditate? Was it your grandmother, or perhaps the person who taught the first yoga class you attended? We have SO many spiritual teachers on the spiritual path, and it is important to stop and thank them. In the Hindu tradition there is an annual holy day called ‘Guru Purnima’ which is the full moon day we honor our Guru or spiritual teacher. The word guru means dispeller of darkness, meaning the darkness of ignorance. Any teacher can be a guru (with a small g), but Guru (with a capital G) is THE Guru, the one who awakens you to the truth of your being, and THAT Guru lives within each one of us. In this episode, I share a simple guided meditation to help you connect with YOUR inner Guru and express your gratitude for ALL the blessings you have received. I won’t tell you much more than that because I want you to experience this meditation for yourself. Please let me know how it made you feel. Key Learnings: 1) In India, one of the holiest times of the year is called Guru Purnima. It is held on a full moon in the summer (the date changes every year according to the Hindu calendar, similar to Easter) and is a time of celebration and gratitude. Where would we be without the help of our Guru? 2) Any teacher can be a guru (with a lower case g) – your elementary school math teacher, or your piano teacher, or anyone who has taught you anything! But the Guru (with a capital G) is THE teacher, the one who awakens you to the truth of your being. And while it is wonderful to have a Guru who is in a body, ALL of us have the Inner Guru, the one who is always guiding us. 3) Whether you have a Guru in a body, or you are connecting with your inner Guru, take some time to sit and reflect on all the blessings you have received in your life. I was so curious about this question that I picked THREE oracle cards just for YOU, and I didn’t get a message just for July… I got a message for the second half of 2025 too! In this episode, I share the three oracle cards I picked just for YOU from the Sacred Traveler deck, and weave together the THEME for this month AND for the rest of 2025! These cards reflect the shift in energy that began at the Solstice and are inviting us to utilize the second half of the year to clear the way for a miraculous 2026!
