Daily Mindfulness Lab

How do you reprogram what isn’t working if you can't get past your analytical mind? Too many men are weighted down by their opinions and get stuck. Without measurement, the weight of these opinions (unchecked) get in the way of what matters. The Daily Mindfulness Lab is a measurement-based, mindfulness education that aims to improve men's emotional health. Because so many guys are unclear how to reliably improve their mental and emotional fitness they end up drifting into a state of indifference and frustration. Now more than ever, we need an ambitious mindfulness practice to help men inquire more accurately as to whether they're being an ally to the truth, or blinding themselves from it. Host of the podcast and Daily Mindfulness Lab founder, Todd Brossart, LCSW, BCD discusses evidence-based insights of how the Lab helps men improve their ability to be mindful, psychologically flexible, and compassionate.
