The Mindful Living Guide aim is to help you navigate the ups and downs in life using you tools from Mindfulness that you can bring in your everyday life. It is brought to you by Stephen Downey, a Mental Health Ambassador, TEDx speaker and Mindfulness Coach. Stephen has been working in the software industry in Ireland for over 20 years. His life took an unexpected turn in 2014 when he experienced a sudden family tragedy. Stephen turned to Mindfulness to help deal with grief and anxiety. He now runs Our Mindful Moments Ltd, an IT and Mindfulness Consultancy that gives people the tools to be more present in their life so they can make clearer decisions and live a more fulfilled life.
