Well it has metabolic impact in a huge way. It’s a big deal. Once again education and guidance for the big picture is lacking. I uncover ALL of this and there is so much more to come. RR Talks Body vs Self Image; Self Esteem & More w/Aaron Hines Premier Performance | RR Wellness Unfiltered Podcast
Our Body Image vs Our Self Image and ultimately our Self Esteem; this runs our show from the inside out. By running our show I mean; this determines our perspectives. How we see ourselves how we see the world and how we see ourselves in the world. This is what we carry around everyday that fuels us into the ability to optimize our experience on this planet and or not. I’ve said this for years; “whether consciously or subconsciously ….and in a negative and or positive light we check the mirror in the morning and we make this call for ourselves. And it runs our show.” Much like I have for now my 42 year plus career my friend Aaron Hines here understands this reality and is able to be a stronger better more thorough coach and mentor for folks of all ages. Kids all the way to what you would perceive as the most powerful successful individual or group out there; we ALL deal with this. We have a great discussion here about this and SO much more. We must remember as practitioners that this is not about us; it’s about the folks we work with the people we can help. We’re at a crossroads in our country as you’ve heard and will continue to hear from me. This is for everyone. When you train and work from the inside out body mind and spirit? Wake Up Call; Healthcare in America Must Change NOW. Our System is Broken | RR Wellness Unfiltered Podcast
Healthcare, health insurance, health management, self care and the lack thereof; we are ALL at a crossroads here in America. This has been building for a long time. Now, the time has come. Disease management health management self care has hit a point where change is absolutely vital. Our country ranks #37 in healthcare worldwide yet spends exponentially more money than any other developed country. But the well is running dry. The river is slowing to a halt. Our system as we know it? Our system is broken. The tides must be turned. This wake up call is exactly that; A Wake Up Call For Everyone. I speak of dramatic and rapidly rising health insurance costs. School luncheon programs, which are a complete disaster, SNAP program management, the diet and many aspects of the “wellness” industry as we know it. SO much of our System has been wrong for years. Why? To drive profits while healthcare mental and physical suffers as a result. 93% of Americans are metabolically unhealthy; metabolically sick at some level. The entire approach to wellness must change. Not tomorrow, not soon; NOW. Our system has been designed to create a pipeline of metabolic sickness that begins in childhood which then drives trillions of dollars in this “reactive” system we’ve created. We must shift to a “proactive” system. We must make the shift now to a system mental and physical with the foundation of Prevention. Optimum self care is no longer an “option” or a “luxury.” And it never was that. It’s a necessity always has been. This is a wake up call for everyone. I lay this out like it’s not been laid out to the is point. I’m speaking reality here. No more dancing around this crisis. With some simple yet deliberate changes we can change and save the world. It’s up to us. WE hold the keys we….Americans everywhere and everyone drive the market. We run the show. Please watch and listen and share this with your family, friends, co-workers loved ones, everyone. The most important show I’ve done to date. In The Most Awesome of Health mental and physical everyone; body mind and spirit. We deserve the best and we can make this happen.
