Disneyland Avoids a Strike! Union Contract Ratified! [Disney News Bite] 🏰 More Disney News, Rumors and Reviews - http://piratesandprincesses.net The 14,000 Disneyland Cast Members impacted by the contract negotiations have voted to ratify the new offer Disney gave them. This will prevent a strike before the investor call and the D23 Expo next month. What did the Cast Members get? The three-year contract will give the Cast Members a new hourly minimum wage of $24. Wage increases will occur for others who are not set at the minimum wage. Over the next three years, many Cast Members will see a pay increase of $6.10. However, I noticed there are significantly fewer options offered outside the special ticketed event this year compared to previous years.
