585. BEing on VACATION with COMPASSION and FUN I just had the most amazing weekend with two of my college best friends. We walked, we laughed, we ate, we drank, and we LOVED every minute together. And there wasn't all the 'shoulds' riding shotgun on this trip. I committed to my daily grounding practice AND allowed myself decadent food and drink. Without guilt riding shotgun. Imagine.
