In today’s episode, I talk about my most recent goal: a sub-4 hour marathon. I’ve always avoided a speed goal because it felt so uncomfortable and so intimidating… which is exactly why I went for it. I break down the process of prepping for this race, the experience during, and my thoughts as I look back and reflect. “Even when you are struggling, there is beauty. And you can still be appreciative of the struggle regardless of how painful it is. You can find some kind of beauty or some kind of gratitude in everything you are going through.” “All you can do is your best. Maybe one day you’ll be perfect, but until then, just do it.
