As the founding member of the Brown Berets, Dr. David Sanchez is a legend in the social justice movement. In the 1960s and 70s, he was heavily involved in the Chicano civil rights and political movements, helping to lead the famous walkouts at East LA High. Years later, Dr. Sanchez is still organizing and is a published author of several works. The Teamsters 1932 Hispanic Caucus is honored to interview Dr. Sanchez.
