The Leadership Lab

The Leadership Lab podcast is the antidote to the idea of leaders being heroes or zeros. It is designed to explore the complexities of leadership and what it means to be both effective and ethical, decent and dynamic. In an increasingly polarised world, leadership is often framed as a trade-off: a leader can be effective or ethical, but rarely both. The Leadership Lab questions that assumption. Each episode features a conversation with a leader who has reached the pinnacle of higher education, government, culture, or the corporate world. Through their leadership journeys, guests share the lessons, struggles, and successes that shaped them. For anyone interested in what it takes to think wisely and lead well, The Leadership Lab offers insight, reflection, and inspiration.
