Camille LeDuc, a sophomore at Las Positas College in Livermore, Calif., takes a journey into her life and her mind to get some answers about matters she's been wrestling with for years. Good Camille Hunting is the result of her no longer wanting to give in to self-esteem issues, so she set out to find the best parts of herself by tearing down walls that fear and disbelief have erected. In the fourth and final episode, Camille, 20, tackles one of the most daunting subjects: trauma. She doesn't like to give life to that concept. So he calls it the t-word. It's been a dark cloud over her psyche. It's been the room she needs to visit but won't. Can't. But if she's going to find the good in her, she has to open the door. Before she does, she talks to a licensed therapist, Dr. Sheena Turner-August, who is also a professor at Las Positas, about what trauma does to development, to self-esteem, and even to potential. She learns the value of therapy and how to begin unpacking the ideologies holding her back, and how she got them in the first place.
