Back when I was suffering with adult cystic acne, I knew of this drug called "accutane" that was the end all be all for acne. Somehow I knew there's got to be a better, a more holistic way of treating acne without side effects. And my intuition was right! I hear time and time again from my clients who took more than 1 round of accutane, had side effects from it and their acne came back. Acne is an inherited disorder of the pores and while there's no cure for acne, there are lifestyle and diet guidelines for acne prone individual to implement to clear their acne and keep it under control.
