I’m your host Tierney Shirrell, Christ-follower, wife, mom, multi-passionate entrepreneur, and mental wellness advocate with a personal walk through severe postpartum depression and a bipolar 2 disorder diagnosis. Through my own faith journey and navigating these mental health challenges, I discovered solutions that worked for my life and unleashed a desire to help women boldly step into their own unique callings that God placed on their hearts. I'm the founder of the Live BOLD Movement, the prayer-powered personal growth platform helping women intentionally live BOLD - (B)rave, (O)bedient, (L)oving, and (D)iscplined - with the foundation of Faith and the seven pillars of Family, Freedom, Finances, FARMaceuticals, Fitness, Food, and Fun! I know what it’s like to go from fear, shame, and brokenness to boldly living in out God’s vision.
