Prosecutors say Konen was having an affair while his marriage was ending and point to financial pressures, a 911 call and gunshot residue as part of their case. Konen's defense says Rodgers actually shot his own daughter and that Konen attacked him only after Rodgers allegedly turned the gun on him.
