In 2014, she decided to create a High-End, Concierge company called Boston Health & Wellness, that would collaborate her skills & bring convenience to her clients in their own home. She provided in-home Physical Therapy, Personal Training, Yoga, Massage, & Run Coaching. In 2020, she decided that she wanted to expand her business model since not everyone can afford Out-of-Pocket care. She knew she needed a Physical Location that DID ACCEPT ALL HEALTH INSURANCES. Even during a pandemic, she knew her timing was correct and she had to take the leap of faith and open an office. Stefanie opened Boston Health & Wellness in November of 2020 which provides Physical Therapy, Telehealth PT, Personal Training, Yoga, Pilates, Massage, Dry Needling, Cupping, Run Coaching, Adult Fitness, and Injury Prevention.

Jenn found out less than a year ago that she had breast cancer. Stage 2 and grade 3 (yes, that is important and not so often talked about). She immediately called her doctor and began the process of how to treat it. On this episode we talk about how open Jenn's been in telling her story to her team at her salon, her landlords (who were super supportive), her 4 year old son and to her on line followers. Jenn's learned a lot in less than a year about being a patient and how to be a friend to others. She's transparent and shares how others stepped up in big and small ways to help while she was going through treatment. She also has some tips for people who may not know how to help someone who may be doing the same. Thank you to Jenn for her time and grace, who's status by the way is currently NED (no evidence of disease!)

Healthcare expert Lilly Stairs created this professional networking group for ambitious business women living with chronic conditions while prioritizing their health. is the only professional networking collective for women with chronic conditions, and is launching the first local chapter in Boston MA, with online access available to women around the world. This is not a support group- those already exist and serve their purpose, but this is a never-before-seen professional networking Collective focused on elevating and amplifying women’s ambitions. Nearly have at least one chronic disease, and about live specifically with an autoimmune disease– 80% of them being women! Additionally, people often don’t think of conditions related to mental health and ADHD as chronic conditions, but they are. These women usually are forced to go through the day to day at work or running their businesses without any true acknowledgment of what they’re navigating. But not anymore. The Chronic Boss Collective is the first of its kind Collective specifically aimed to create space for these women. It officially launches on Tuesday, October 24th, for people to sign up and join, with limited spots at first, and programming begins in January 2024. Local chapters are expected to open across the country after the initial one in Boston, in addition to the online programming available worldwide.

Books have always played a big role in Christina's life. She worked in corporate marketing for 10 years. After being laid off in 2019 she decided to follow her passion, her dream of opening a book store. It started with pop ups and selling out of her 2nd bedroom. Christina signed the lease for her new space in Somerville in early 2020, moving in a couple months later at the same time the Pandemic hit! That didn't stop her from being able to get started with curbside delivery until she could officially open the doors. And when she did, it was just her for a long time! Today she's got a staff and a fierce community that follows her Queer/Feminist Book Store. She's currently facing another challenge, rising rent costs but again is not letting it stop her. She's been able to find a new location and with the help of her staff and community are able to move it along! New location is opening in October!
