WSPL INTERSECTIONS with CHARLES WILKIN
Charles Wilkin - The Artist and Bee Keeper In 2008 Charles went looking for danger and when no one wanted to go skydiving with him he chose beekeeping instead. He quickly realized bees are actually gentle and fragile creatures. “I guess you can say I fell in love with danger.” Charles jokes “They’ve become like family and I’ve learned over the years to be less of a beekeeper and more of a care taker.” As his passion for bees grew so did the demand for 2 Queens honey, which eventually lead to the addition of teas to our product line. Tea and honey are also a true love story and Charles curates only the finest teas that pair perfectly with his honey. “For me, great tea should taste amazing but it also must be healthy and help the bees in some way. Which is why many of our teas have ingredients bees pollinate.” Sounds like a perfect match and a lovely cup of tea! For addional information please visit the 2 Queens website at: https://2queenscoffee.com/
