Actors 1by1 er et passions projekt af skuespillere og med skuespillere. Det er en video-serie til facebook og youtube. Det er et samtaleprogram med skuespillere i Danmark. Actors 1by1 fungerer som en stafet. Én skuespiller (intervieweren) inviterer en anden skuespiller (gæsten) ind til en snak, på baggrund af interesse og beundring af denne person eller dennes arbejde som skuespiller. Med andre ord er serien altså en kompliment stafet. Intervieweren vælger enerådigt sin gæst - ud fra hvem intervieweren mener fortjener en kompliment i forbindelse med dennes virke som skuespiller. Herefter gives stafetten videre! Nu er det gæsten, som inviterer en ny skuespiller, som han/hun har lyst til at snakke med. Det kan både være én man kender og én man aldrig har mødt.
