The Noise Pop Podcast is a monthly series showcasing new music discoveries and a diverse slate of guest artists from the independent music scene and beyond. Produced by Noise Pop, San Francisco’s go-to indie music, arts and film festival for over 25 years and hosted by music journalist Adrian Spinelli (Paste Magazine, SF Chronicle, etc..), we deliver engaging episodes that are always rooted in the music that we love and that we know you will too. HOMEGROWN
Homegrown is the creation of Nic Treadwell who has been podcasting since 2004. The original run of the podcast ran between 2005 - 2014 featuring independent music and poetry from artists across the world. That run ended with the cult multi-media mockumentary The Life & Death Of Nic Treadwell in which Nic faked his own death. The current format of the podcast revolves around poetry, prose and fiction written and performed by Nic.
THE JOINT RADIO SHOW
The Joint Radio Show broadcasts every Saturday 12pm-2pm (NZT) on 8K.NZ in Christchurch, New Zealand. Hosts THE HERB WHISPERER and FRASERHEAD go all over the shop with eclectic, left-field, and off-kilter selections plus the occasional guilty pleasure. If the radio sounds broken chances are it’s the The Joint.
