THE MOVEMENT MOVEMENT
Welcome to The MOVEMENT Movement -- the podcast for people who want the TRUTH about having a healthy, happy, strong body. We'll be breaking through the mythology, confusion and sometimes outright lies about what it takes to walk, run, hike, do yoga, paddle board, lift... or whatever you do. I'm here to help you do it better and have more fun. It's called The MOVEMENT Movement because We're creating a movement. ADULT CONVERSATION PODCAST
Based off her popular and darkly humorous social media pages, blog, and novel of the same name, author Brandy Ferner takes her love of adult conversation to the air as she spears the injustices of modern motherhood and womanhood while continuing her tradition of saying things out loud that others won’t. As a lover of truth and all things dark comedy, she and special guests partake in real talk about any and everything – marriage post kids, the never-ending micromanagement of kid screen time, friendship, sex, chronic-illness, Snoop Dogg, pop culture, mental health, the revolt of the aging uterus, writing, the joke that is perimenopause, reality TV, and more. This is not a podcast with annoying life or parenting advice that has it all figured out. Instead, Adult Conversation aims to break down the façade of perfect parenting and break down the systems we're stuck in with its balanced mix of truth, wit, compassion, and validation - and can be considered a form of self-care, even if you're listening in the God-forsaken school pick-up line.
DICHOTOMY PODCAST WITH MIKE REID
Mike Reid interviews leaders, entrepreneurs and ambitious people on the dichotomies they face in their business and life. A dichotomy means a division or contrast between two things that feel opposed. Mike is seeking to bring awareness to two sides of his guest's business, life or personality. Perhaps it’s their desire for building a high performance, high octane business contrasted against their desire for the freedom and lifestyle that comes with the ‘simple life’. Maybe it’s feeling torn between their commitments to their family and their commitment to their business. The dichotomy podcast explores how we can better master these dichotomies as entrepreneurs, so we can lead a more extraordinary and contented life.

UTAH STORIES SHOW
The Utah Stories Show fosters conversations about important issues that relate to the quality of life for all Utahns. We will be hosting guests who are government leaders, industry leaders, entrepreneurs and those who are the thought leaders in Utah's changing culture, especially those who are seeking to make Utah into a better place. A large part of what we seek to do is hold government leaders accountable to the people, and have them answer the tough questions related to policy and quality of life in Utah. While this show is political, we plan on keeping our approach balanced and fair, as we have done for years with Utah Stories magazine.
WIMMER'S WILDERNESS
Welcome to Wimmer's Wilderness. We are working to bring greater awareness to our local communities and how important they are. We, as individuals, can have a significant impact on the quality of our communities. I have always wanted to create a way to help bring a little more light on important issues that affect us. I have created a Podcast called Wimmer's Wilderness to give voice to this idea. Wimmer's Wilderness is an informed look at Politics, Community, Government, Environment, and Education from a local perspective. Our regions, states, and countries are simply a collection of local communities working together. If we can make a positive change in our local communities, it will lead to better outcomes at the regional, state, and national levels.
