THE FALL LINE: TRUE CRIME
True crime podcasting often forgets that, underneath the gore and sensationalism, there are real people, real families, and real justice waiting to be served. The Fall Line® focuses on ethical, deep-dive coverage of the cold cases of missing people, unsolved homicides, and unidentified persons called John and Jane Does. Intensive research and in-depth interviews with families, law enforcement, and experts tell the stories of victims and survivors you’ve never heard of. . . and why their cases were ignored in the first place.
DEVILISH DEEDS
In 1946, a serial killer murdered five people over the course of 10 weeks in Texarkana, Texas before disappearing. Theories abound about who the killer may have been, but decades later, the case is still unsolved. In season two of “Devilish Deeds,” Texarkana native Peyton Sims tells the story of the Phantom Killer, his young victims and the people who are still investigating this case today.

Jessie Pray and Andie Cassette team up each week to tell stories of love and relationships gone fatally wrong. This show is all about seemingly normal people driven to terrible madness by passion and rage. Hang out with your new best friends each week to discover how someone can go from sweet to murderous in the blink of an eye, and to hear all the ways murder can give love a real bad name.
DARKNESS
On the evening of April 16, 1960, a young woman from McAllen, Texas named Irene Garza went to church for confession. She never returned home. A week later, her body was found floating in a canal. Decades would pass before the priest who murdered Irene was brought to justice in a historic case for the church and the Rio Grande Valley. In Season five of “Darkness,” host Talisa Treviño details the decades-long fight for justice for Irene. Hear from the investigators who tackled the case and Irene’s loved ones, as well as survivors of abuse in the Catholic church.
THE DROPOUT ON AMAZON MUSIC
Money. Romance. Tragedy. Deception. The story of Elizabeth Holmes and Theranos is an unbelievable tale of ambition and fame gone terribly wrong. How did the world’s youngest self-made female billionaire lose it all in the blink of an eye? How did the woman once heralded as “the next Steve Jobs” find herself facing criminal charges - to which she pleaded not guilty - and up to decades in prison? How did her technology, meant to revolutionize health care, potentially put millions of patients at risk? And how did so many smart people get it so wrong along the way? ABC News chief business, technology and economics correspondent Rebecca Jarvis, along with producers Taylor Dunn and Victoria Thompson, take listeners on a journey that includes a multi-year investigation. You'll hear exclusive interviews with former employees, investors, and patients, and for the first-time, the never-before-aired deposition testimony of Elizabeth Holmes, and those at the center of this story. Then, go inside the courtroom as 12 jurors decide the fate of the Theranos founder; three years after she was first charged, we find out how this saga finally ends.
THE KING ROAD KILLINGS: AN IDAHO MURDER MYSTERY
When four University of Idaho students were stabbed to death in their off-campus house on King Road, the media descended on the tiny town of Moscow, Idaho. ABC News Correspondent Kayna Whitworth brings listeners behind the scenes as she investigates the savage murders that captivated and horrified the nation in the winter of 2022. The King Road Killings, an immersive, reported series from ABC Audio, follows the case against Bryan Kohberger, the criminology PhD student charged with the murders. In the series, Whitworth takes a close look at why these students might have been targeted, how fear can grip a town when little information comes from law enforcement, and what happens when your community becomes the latest “true crime” storyline. A five-part narrative series, plus special update episodes as new information comes to light. Look for Season 2 at the start of the trial.
