Sideways means it’s not going down and it’s not shooting up and the market is what they call consolidating your sector. So, if you’re in retail, if you’re in logistics, if you’re in commodities, if you’re in service, professional services, if you’re in amusement, hospitality, where is your industry going? Is it going sideways? It’s not sure which way is up and which way is down. If that’s the case you need a FREEMIUM model a free model. Meaning that the preferred buying strategy during the sideways turning market is people need to experience the result of your product or service free or risk free before they make the full commitment. So. what part of your business can you offer out risk-free or just a portion for free? So people can understand and experience the value of your product or service.
