On this week's episode of the Exercise Is Health podcast, Julie and Charlie sit down with Dr. Jennifer Mercier of Expect A Miracle in St. Charles, IL.  Dr. Mercier specializes in helping women with fertility issues conceive as well as helping women with endometriosis get out of pain.  She uses her self-created therapy, called Mercier Therapy, to achieve a greater than 80% success rate for helping women get pregnant without the use of IVF.  She also uses the therapy to help women recover from the trauma of giving birth, both naturally and via C-section.  Check out all of the details in this week's episode!
